John was amazing, we have never sold a home before and appreciated all the help that John gave us from start to finish. He was there every step of the way and not only guided us through it all but checked in on my Mum regularly to ensure that she was ok. Mum is 96 and selling her first home, so it has been a huge emotional journey. It all started at an open house on a Thursday night with a handshake, warm greeting and a few surprises that instantly had us at ease with the Agent. We had already dealt with a couple of local agents (won’t mention names however quite prominent in the area) and were a bit dubious of some local Agents intentions to say the least - not returning phone calls, genuine offer to the buyer etc This was simply not the case with John Murray and if you want someone who will be your advocate we highly recommend him enough to both Buyers and Vendors!!!
