John was a wonderful agent. He was easy to talk to and if I needed to call for any reason in the lead up to purchasing the property he was always able to talk. Our settlement date was changed last minute due to the vendors conveyencer. John was able to help organise a pre settlement agreement for us and have the keys ready so we could still move in original date. John attempted to have us hastily sign a contract which contained conditions which we explicitly discussed were not to be included on at least two occasion prior. When challenged about the incident John denied knowledge of our discussion. This action was very disappointing and lead to the withdrawal of an offer.
