John was great to deal with. His style is very laid back but he always made the time and effort to return phone calls and to generally have a chat with us about our questions or concerns. He knows the market very well and is skilled about getting the right buyers interested in different properties.

While John was the agent we chose to sell our property and the sale happened very quickly , for an agreed price, we were once again disappointed with the lack of communication from him. We have used John on 2 previous occasions as has my sister. Each time while the properties have sold we have all had issues with the lack of communication on his part. Also, and more importantly, John changed the settlement date without discussing it with us and left it to me to contact him when the purchasers subject to "foreign investment review board date" had passed in effect voiding the contract. While Johns knowledge of the realestate in our area is second to none I would have to think twice before i recommended him to a prospective vendor.
