Due to the sensitive nature of why we were selling the house, we needed an agent that was understanding, empathetic but also wanted to achieve the best outcome for us in such a short space of time. John was 1/4 agents we met, and upon our first meeting I knew that it was a no-brainer that he was the type of agent we needed. I have dealt with previous agents before, but the one thing that separated John from the rest was that he really dedicated and invested himself in his service and ensured that we got the best outcome. John was quite literally our last chance, and his empathy and support paired with his skills allowed us to close a very emotional chapter in our life.
