John was very helpful in the whole process of buying my property. He gave me all the facts and figures. He spent a lot of time finding out all the details that I asked for. I bought my property off the builder's plan, so I wasn't very clear about what the inclusions would be. John took time to write down a big list of inclusions in consultation with the builder. He never hesitated to let me visit this property whenever I asked to do so. He is a very friendly person and doesn't mind us calling him any time.
