Initially the sale price was placed to high, for the market. After several viewings/ feed back a more realistic sale price was set. Weekly reports of viewings were received and offers, near to asking price were made verbally + in email. With sale finalised, all transfers and documentations were concluded and received quickly.

Did not see him after settlement. No wine or chocolates with this bloke. Will not use his agents again.
