We asked John Paranchi to manage the sale of our property on the recommendation of my wife’s brother, whose home was sold by John. As it had been some 37 years since we sold our previous property, John pointed out the changes that have occurred in the housing market since then, the need to structure marketing to emphasise the likely areas of value to a purchaser, and to focus the property’s preparation on those areas.
