I bought this house through John nearly 7 years ago, so he was our natural choice for the re-sale. The falling market and steeply rising interest rates made this a tough job for John. Our house is enormous and it did not suit a lot of buyers, BUT, John expertly marketed the property, diligently followed through with every buyer until they were exhausted and produced a result in a very acceptable time frame.
