John was one of four agents we interviewed when selecting a company to assist us in the sale of our unit. John’s appraisal of our property was well researched, and he was able to articulate how our unit compared to similar stock. We are extremely pleased with the sale result John negotiated prior to auction - at no point have we wondered if an alternate process may have yielded a better return.
