The overall services are good. John is knowledgeable and follow up the work. The only incorrect information that he missed was about the lease agency. The property was managed by one agency before Hockingstuart took over just before the auction. However, during the time of my seeking financial approval, I found that the property was still managed by the old agency while I insisted to the bank to contact Hockingstuart. This cause the delay of the financial process. As I was also taking leave around 10 days before the settlement date, I had less time to prepare all the document. This cause me quite anxious.

I bought a unit in the Melbourne area and John was the agent selling it. My circumstances were unique, as I am currently not living in Melbourne. The sale for me was conveniently fast. Within 2 weeks of seeing the unit, all the paperwork had been completed for both the sale and the rental of the property. Within 30 days, the property had settled. An outstanding effort from John with our third property transaction. A lack of initial interest in the property was discouraging, but John was able to reassure us things would be OK... and they were.
