John was always amicable, pleasant and punctual. I selected him because when I was casually looking around at property (but not ready for a move) he was not pushy like some agents. I was probably more emotional, due to the loss of my beautiful husband, than most of his clients so more difficult to deal with. It was a very stressful, emotional time moving out of my house, getting a rental and then finally purchasing an apartment. "For Sale" signs after the property is sold has always been a problem for me to accept!
