John began his Real Estate career in 1998 upon joining a prominent franchise agency in Liverpool, amazingly he started selling real estate as a fresh faced 18 year old. John quickly established himself as a leader where he achieved the rare accomplishment of serving 16 years at the same office, the last 5 years as Sales Manager & Chief Auctioneer. In his final year in a large franchise network John reached the pinnacle by being awarded as the No. 1 Salesperson in NSW/ACT & No.2 Salesperson Nationally for 2014. These awards added to his Elite & Platinum Performer status & consistent top 10 achievements.
John has since founded Grandland Real Estate a feat that has been 16 years in the making where he now leads as Principal & Chief Auctioneer. John continues to specialise in residential and rural property sales where he has developed an admirable reputation in South Western Sydney. John has established himself as a trusted, honourable and well respected person in the industry and will now operate his office from where his Grandfathers' farming paddocks once were where he grew up at Edmondson Park.
As Auctioneer John provides his clients with a huge advantage by providing a service unparalleled by his competitors. John is often not only the listing agent but also the auctioneer, which results in having an intimate knowledge of the property as well as with the buyers. This advantage has provided superb results for his clients with a recent 96% success rate at auction whilst the Sydney average has been around 50 - 60% and only recently rising to around 75 - 80%.
During his career John has completed a wide range of Residential and Rural property transactions including off -the-plan project marketing, land sales, subdivisions and auctions. John also has extensive experience & knowledge in property & land development.
John is also active within the local community performing charity auctions and is very vocal in the South West Growth Area to ensure fair outcomes for landowners.
