I cannot laud John Pucak enough for his actions over the year it took to sell our house. John was distributing brochures when we first spoke 18 months ago, and at the time I had no intention of selling, but was interested in an appraisal. John followed up patiently over time after an initial marketing campaign in early 2016, when some health issues meant I was again unwilling to sell. After another spurt of activity late 2016 we decided to take the house off the market until early 2018. John's patience and professionalism came to the fore again when in April 2017 there was some revived interest in our property, and John introduced us to some highly qualified buyers. Then along came the one buyer every agent and vendor wishes for, a highly motivated family man who scheduled an inspection at 10am and had paid a deposit by 11.30am, all the while skilfully guided by John to get the price we would agree to. Our property settled on July 3rd, and we are indebted to John for all his work guiding us as vendors, and the purchaser, through the process. I would unhesitatingly recommend John to any potential seller, he has been an exemplary agent. Finally John is a wonderful person, empathetic and patient, brought to the fore by our somewhat bumpy road to completion of our sale. I cannot thanks him enough for all he has done for us.
