I couldn't say enough positive things about John. He answered all our questions right away and if he didn't know he got back to us as soon as possible. Where he really excelled and showed his true helpfulness was when our bank failed to meet our settlement date. Our broker, who's job this is, was absolutely no help. John was on the phone straight away talking to anyone and everyone to try and get things done. This is just how he is and I could not recommend John enough because of this. He really went beyond a real estate agent to make everything happen. Also being our first house we had a lot of things that we just didn't know about.
