If it was not for John's caring nature and generosity of spirit we may not have sold our property in Westbrook. Ten months ago we placed our house on the market in Ravensbourne with a country real estate agent, without any success. My wife an I met John at an open inspection in Toowoomba over a year ago and were impressed with his professional attitude at this open inspection. While our house was on the market with our agent, John would contact us on a regular basis by email to see how the sale of our house was going. We decided to cancel our local agent and took on John as our sole agent. The rest is history, John sold our house in under 7 weeks, not an easy task as the real estate market in Ravensbourne is on a low scale for sales. John made phone contact every two days, telling us how he was going to market the house and really did his homework and it paid off.
