John was courteous and mindful of my position being a female on my own regarding open houses and viewings , he helped me at every juncture. John was great in keeping contact with us and serving as a channel between us and the sellers while we waited for our loan to be approved. John is mild mannered and pleasant. He answered our calls promptly and resolved any issues quickly and with great professionalism. He is extremely reliable and helpful and made our transition from buyers to owners of our new home much easier.
