John was courteous and mindful of my position being a female on my own regarding open houses and viewings , he helped me at every juncture. He always kept me informed with appointments and then feedback. He negotiated the sale with complete transparency and honesty , I could not have asked any more. He was incredibly professional in his approach through out the entire process , a skill set that is rare in real estate . His engineering and educated background has served him well.
