We had a handful of agents come through our house before we chose John and Michelle. They were all similar in price however the marketing material from John was on another level. It showed us that Coolum Beach was just a step ahead of everyone else in terms of wowing the customer with their pamphlets and brochures. But that means nothing if they can’t sell a house...well no worries there either. John is a fantastic realtor. If you could get a doctorate in houses he would be a surgeon.
