We were tossing up agents, and John's knowledge and manner confirmed he was the right choice for us. He was very supportive through the process of readying the house for the market, and his knowledge and contacts were invaluable. During the actual selling of the house, he kept us informed, and during the sale, he proved an excellent negotiator on our behalf. Why all the stars? I thought, could I have expected any more from him in each of these categories, and the answer was no. He did absolutely everything you would expect a good agent to do, and was definitely the right choice.

We met John whilst purchasing a house that he had listed. Even though John was clearly working for the vendor, we found John to be very friendly and honest with us. John is an excellent communicator and kept us in the loop at all times during negotiations on price. When the house settled, John was on annual leave but still phoned us to make sure everything had gone well and that we were happy. This was unexpected but very thoughful.
