Exceptional attention to detail keeping me fully informed with all the progress along the way with regular updated communication. Achieving the best possible result in a professional manner in the least amount of time. Making the sale of my house a very pleasant experience.

Highly rate Jason as an agent when selling or buying. We bought our home from him over 10 years ago and found the process so straightforward and knew we would re-list with him. 10 years on, the process went so well and Jason was there the whole way guiding us through it. We cannot rate him more highly!

Jason Easton is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough and generally a very honest and caring person

Brent from Stone Terrigal was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout our home purchase. From our very first interaction, he was approachable, friendly and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. What really set Brent apart was his communication. Rather than relying on emails or text messages, he would always pick up the phone and speak with us whenever we had questions. That personal approach made a huge difference and gave us confidence every step of the way. Brent also went above and beyond by granting us access to the property before settlement, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. On settlement day, the house was presented beautifully. He ensured it was thoroughly cleaned and ready for us before handing over the keys, making the experience of moving into our new home even more special. Buying a home can be stressful, but Brent's professionalism, honesty and genuine care made the entire journey enjoyable. He was always available, easy to talk to and willing to help in any way he could. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every interaction reinforced that he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for everyone involved. His attention to detail, responsiveness and commitment to outstanding customer service exceeded our expectations. We always felt informed, supported and valued throughout the process, which is exactly what you hope for when making such an important purchase. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, reliable and truly puts his clients first, I couldn't recommend Brent from Stone Terrigal highly enough. Thank you, Brent, for making our purchase such a positive experience. Five stars without hesitation! From arranging convenient access before settlement to ensuring every question was answered promptly, he consistently demonstrated integrity, professionalism and genuine commitment to exceptional service. We always felt respected.

Brent Pilkington ( Stone Realty) deserves a 10/10 for his professional approach & guidance throughout my recent SEA CHANGE purchase in Terrigal.

We recently sold our Terrigal unit with Brent Pilkington and the result far exceeded our expectations. From our first meeting, Brent’s calm confidence, deep knowledge of the Terrigal market and clear strategy for presenting and pricing our property immediately put us at ease. Brent’s communication throughout the campaign was outstanding – he kept us fully informed after every open home, provided honest feedback from buyers and was always available to answer questions, no matter how small. He also went above and beyond with practical advice on preparing the unit for sale and coordinating everything so the process felt smooth and stress‑free for us. When it came to negotiations, Brent’s experience and professionalism really showed. He guided us through each offer with patience and transparency, and ultimately achieved a fantastic price that we were thrilled with. On a personal level, Brent is friendly, genuine and down‑to‑earth, and it was a pleasure dealing with him from start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend Brent Pilkington to anyone looking to sell in Terrigal or the surrounding Central Coast suburbs.

I have told my friends about the team effort and help experienced with Colin. Will recommend anyone who wants to sell their property to contact Colin for a quick sale with confidence.

Doug was excellent to work with from start to finish. He put in a lot of effort, stayed professional at all times, and handled challenges along the way without losing focus. What stood out was that he always had a plan and adjusted it when needed to get the best possible outcome. We’re very pleased with the result and would recommend him without hesitation.

We met a few agents but Doug’s manner stood out above them all. No put downs, just encouragement and how he could help us, he suggested ideas to make the place more saleable. He kept in touch with us at all times telling us what was happening and helping us to understand the process. We rejected a few offers and then finally the amount we were looking for, he found not one but two buyers, which helped as we needed the second one as no.1 pulled out. He was an excellent agent for us and would recommend Doug to anyone and everyone.

From the moment we saw the apartment we knew we wanted it. That’s the tricky part, because so did many other people. Doug was excellent with his communication throughout the few weeks it took for the open houses. I felt that he was honest, upfront and knowledgeable about the property. He was just lovely to deal with and took the pain out of buying a property.
