Knowledgeable, prompt and kind

John is clearly very experienced in the area and also in his engagement with clients offering both support and space in the right amount. He was highly responsive and prompt even during the holiday and covid peak period. We saw a few houses before purchasing this one and John was by far the leading agents in terms of our interactions and his demeanour and he has a long history in the area.
