Joe was helpful with finding the house but once I got into my new house, there were a number of things to be rectified. The house was very dirty and no cleaners came through after all the home opens etc. The oven was disgustingly dirty with oil and food and toilets too. I would have thought that a house should have been cleaned when passed onto a new owner. I don't usually write reviews but since I received multiple emails asking for a review but none of my emails or calls were answered after the sale was done, I feel that the level of customer service experience could have been much better...this is my feedback
