Dreadful communication. Did not keep us updated at all during the process. Appeared to re-use a previous contract for a house for our land purchase. Contract we received referred to a house and the fact there was no insulation (we were buying vacant land) as well as other standard house contract inclusions that should have been excluded. Had a finance clause in the contract (we didn't need it and shouldn't have been in there) and did not initially send important documents to our settlement agent even after I gave them his details (had to call again to give them). Save yourself a lot of trouble and take your business elsewhere.

3 revisions had to be sent just to get the buyers names correct on the forms... why this wasn't checked with great care on the first attempt im not sure, other then the constant back and forth over silly details and delaying the sale slightly, all was well.
