I knew from the onset my property was going to be a difficult sell. 30 year old, tiny (36 square meters) 1 bedroom flat in a completely over saturated market. John was tireless in the viewings of the property. He did scheduled viewings as well as showing individuals. At one point I was concerned the property wasn't selling and john reassured me. He said something like. I don't care if I have to go there to show perspective buyers 10 times a day 7 days a week, I'll get it sold. True to his word, he must have done at least 20 viewings. What ever time someone wanted to see the property, john happily obliged. The buyer we found was quite picky. They inspected the property at least 6 times and pointed out every fault. In my opinion john went above and beyond to get the property sold. He replaced light bulbs, had an electrician fix power points (at his expense). He even did some cleaning! Anything that came up, he was on top of. I was very impressed and would easily recommend him to anyone.

John Tye was ALWAYS available. John went out of his way to accommodate inspection requests and was always punctual. I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty throughout the negotiation process. Also, his responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. It was the same with emails or text messages If I sent a question or an update his response was always prompt.
