John has three adult sons, a couple of marvellous daughters in law and the most beautiful granddaughters imaginable (John’s unbiased opinion). Moving to Gilmore (in the Tuggeranong Valley) from Gundagai in 1988, John has been able to combine a work ethos honed in the bush with the get-up and go that urban living requires in our beautiful city. John enjoys eating out with friends, family gatherings and chasing white-dimpled devils across the rolling green hills of any golf course. A swim in the ocean is also high on the favourites list as is travelling both within Australia and overseas and of course there are the beautiful granddaughters. Another favourite pastime is helping within our community through Red Cross “meals on wheels”. A former contract manager and award-winning national vehicle fleet manager in the Federal Public Service, John has listed and sold everything from a one-bedroom unit in Hughes to a three-bedroom courtyard in Conder to a 5 bedroom ensuite family home in Dunlop and everything in-between. His desire to succeed is tempered with the knowledge that everything he does is in the best interest of his vendor.
