We were able to organise the sale while we were overseas and things 'just happened'. We were very happy with John's performance during our recent purchase. He communicated regularly, was credible and a great outcome was achieved for both buyer and seller. The only downside was in relation to market knowledge as we believe the initial pricing estimates were too low for a four bedroom home.
