John was a great agent to use to sell my place. He is extremely friendly and personable and had my best interest at heart. He went out of his way several times to get the deal done. Highly recommend him.

We chose John to sell our property as he came highly recommended to us. He was very friendly and always punctual to meeting times & always communicated back to us. He did not disappoint. Although we were located in Sippy Downs and John's specialty is the Coolum region he was still very knowledgeable with the area and went out of his way to learn more about the Sippy Downs market. We were surprised that our house took just over 3 months to sell as we thought it would sell quicker. John was also surprised that it didn't sell quicker either. Although it did take longer than what we were hoping for, John achieved the price we were always after! As Coolum is John's specialty and his passion - if you are selling in the Coolum area and in particular Coolum Beach, I highly recommend him to market and sell your house - you will not be disappointed!
