We recently asked John Wysham to manage the sale/auction of a unit in Balwyn for us . This unit was owned by our mother and had also been tenanted for the last twenty years. It was in an overall good condition, but needed to be brought up to market expectations for the sale. John was phenomenal. In the space of just three weeks, the unit was painted throughout, the garden was refurbished, any repairs needed were done, and the place was "dressed" for sale. Throughout the marketing campaign, John kept us fully informed. He was very realistic and yet very positive in terms current market conditions, and not once did he give us artificially over- inflated expectations of the results we could expect at auction as so often happens. We found him to be very honest, extremely hard working, always accessible for any questions, professional at all times in our dealings with him, and at the end, a highly skilled negotiator. In short, we found him an absolute pleasure to deal with and would recommend him unreservedly.
