We recently asked John Wysham to manage the sale/auction of a unit in Balwyn for us . This unit was owned by our mother and had also been tenanted for the last twenty years. It was in an overall good condition, but needed to be brought up to market expectations for the sale. John was phenomenal. In the space of just three weeks, the unit was painted throughout, the garden was refurbished, any repairs needed were done, and the place was "dressed" for sale. Throughout the marketing campaign, John kept us fully informed.
