As the old saying goes "Coffee is for closers only". (Alec Baldwin, Glengarry Glen Ross) You could give John the nickname 'Chubb' - because he closes. John has worked ahead of my expectation at every turn. Not only was he an excellent judge of how to sell our own house (I am not a typical seller, yet he handled me very well), but despite the fact that he had no properties of interest himself, he has been immensely helpful in supporting our purchase of a new place, from a different agency. His market knowledge, and ability to draw on his colleagues knowledge, has been extremely impressive and valuable. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

My family chose John to sell our property because we had seen him at work on several Glebe properties. He had all the qualities we wanted but don't always find - tenacious, super hardworking (keep him away from coffee because he has energy to burn anyway), straight forward and no nonsense with either buyers or sellers.
