No one would even give us an estimated sale value until John came along and explained to us, what could or couldn't be achieved on our dual lot property. He also explained that even though his guide was based on the facts and comparable land and house with an extra large site, he would make sure the campaign would be seen by childcare, townhouse and developers to make sure that we did get the price in the market at the time. Duplex, townhouse and childcare buyers showed interest and confirmed these were not possible. In the end his guide was right on target.
