I first encountered John Zadravec, when he was delivering pamphlets in my street, in December 2016. We had a short discussion about values in my area, and I told him that I wouldn't be selling for at least 6 months due to family medical problems. John contacted me in July 2017, and we discussed strategies necessary to bring the house up to marketable standard. John was very helpful in organizing a building handyman, a gardener and a cleaner. All of these people provided their services at a very high standard of performance. When all the necessary repairs/upgrades were done, John then went to work on providing a first rate sales strategy regarding advertising, his photographer did an outstanding job. Although John was great at initial contact and seemed to have communicated quite well throughout the process, it was unfortunate that once the sale had gone through that was the last I had heard from him. I recommend that John communicates after sale as that shows a person that the agent is genuine and understands that it is the only way to really form an ongoing long term relationship. As a sales recruiter myself, I educate my candidates that the sale never stops once I achieve my commission. It's about long term relationship building that ultimately makes you succeed in business.
