Poor comunication within a few things not at all that easy to talk with, was made to feel like i wasnt worth his time or didnt have money to buy. Made little effort to actually help kept being dismissive, took 8 times to write a contract of sale lots of "lost emails". The young sales fellow on the other hand hard to get ahold of but would ring you back and was helpfull and easy to get along with.

Showed us one property which was not successful, knowing our requirements, suggested another property which we bought. New the area, professional but casual, very relateable.
In hindsight we should have sourced other appraisals. For the commission paid vs Mertons engagement/ promises, I should have known better. Look for other agents.
