Jonathan sold our property the first week it was on the market. Great service and excellent feedback on prospective buyers. Settlement happened today and we are so sad to see it go but hope the new buyer enjoys our place.

Johnathon was easy to work with. His pricing was realistic, for both the seller and the buyer. He was mostly very responsive and acted as a good intermediary between the seller and buyer. The dealings we had with Johnathon and his staff was a very pleasant experience, certainly didn’t expect a gift pack which made a great day for us. He also went above and beyond what he needed to do. When we arrived at our property we found the previous owner left four tyres behind which were no good. When I rang Johnathon and told what was left behind, less than 30 minutes he and a member of his staff were there to take them away. We spoke with 4 agents in the months preceding our sale. We settled on Johnathan because he seemed the most sensible in his approach. We liked his 'style'. He was easy to work with. An important consideration for us was that he wasnt into 'bagging' other agents but just presented what he was able to offer. Overall the sale went well and I felt that Johnathan was genuinely seeking to look after our interests. I wouldn't consider our property hard to sell and the speed with which it sold supports this. I think we probably put it on the market at a the lower end of what it could have achieved. Having said that, all the valuations that we got from the other agents and the price they recommended listing at were significantly lower than Johnathan's. And since we didn't want to be on the market for a long time at all we went with the price we did. Interestingly, 2 other neighbouring houses that went on the market before ours - in one case 12 months before - are still for sale at this time. Would I recommend Johnathan to a friend? For sure.
