After a very long evaluation period comparing agents for nearly two years my husband and I chose Johnathon to sell our property in Curra. Our property has been a bit of a labour of love which we purposefully went out of our way to convert into a premium property for the area we have called home for the last few years. We could see the potential of this area when we bought here back in 2016 when people used to say "Curra, what did you buy there for?" I am here to say Curra is coming of age, as we thought it would. What we wanted from our agent was a legend, prepared to fulfil their obligations and work in the best interests of their sellers. Initially he achieved a sale for $390K, the buyers started to ask for extensions of settlement date couple of times. I said to Johno to please get me another contract equal or better. I didn't think there could be another contract so I kept up with the extensions & included a clause to say if these buyers would match the new contract then the property is theirs, settlement within 24 hours. Guess what Johno obtained another contract for $400K (yes $10K more) & cash settlement within 30 days. Thanku Johnathon, you are the best.
