This was our first time buying off the plan and it was an overall good experience. Even though the development was delayed, Johnny kept us updated with regular email and phone calls throughout the build and was also quick to respond to our questions. We had good service from Harcourts at Aspley - they provided us with a current market review prior to listing and an approximation of the possible sales value. Once listed, we had a buyer on the first weekend, although the offer was a little bit lower that we had expected. Johnny advised us that with the current market trend, it was a good offer and that we were unlikely to get higher, so we accepted. The estate agents have been helpful between the contract being signed and settlement.
