He works hard - when I send him an email, 9 times out of 10 he replies straightaway even late in the night. Even before property settles, he and his team were on top of everything to organise trades people for various repairs. His market knowledge is excellent - he recommended I renovate the property and then sell. He took me step by step in achieving the sale from the very beginning and the result was excellent. He is a great negotiator - the property I sold was very similar to other properties (material, layout and land size), all built by the same developer. The price I was able to achieve is about $20,000 more than any other properties ever. Johnny is extremely efficient, organised and is on top of everything at all time. I couldn't be happier.
