Very importantly, he also had great information about the people who were actively looking to buy in Hendra, engaging with them to generate interest in the house so that there was four offers on paper by the auction date. Jon and the auctioneer David Treloar were extremely helpful and supportive in guiding my mother through decisions about possible auction-sale prices and reserve prices.
