Jon has provided an excellent and very professional service in the sale of my property. Having kept in touch for several years, Jon followed through on every commitment and agreed time line, with an excellent knowledge of all properties in the local area. With a detailed schedule of open inspections and a follow up after each, he kept me informed of the interest in the property. The price obtained was more than expected.

I felt Jon and the team provided great advise and feedback on what the buyers were looking for and what they saw in the property. they constantly remained in communication relaying open dates, numbers through, type of buyer and general market feel for the area. On the auction day, we had a great turn out due to the time and effort that Jon and team had put in over the month leading in.
