He kept us informed after each and every open, which we really appreciated and made himself available to us at all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to sell a property.

Following an unexpected rental vacancy we decided to sell our property in Port Melbourne. After 6 years of tenancy, managing all the (largely aesthetic) repairs and sale process from interstate (NSW), seemed likely to be a bit of a nightmare. Having contacted three agents in Port Melbourne to assist with this, Jon was absolutely the obvious choice, and we're very glad and thankful for his assistance. Within a week, Jon had arranged quotes for all repairs, display furniture and conveyancing. Within a fortnight repairs and repainting were completed, furniture was in, the apartment was listed and we were ready for the first inspection. Within a month, the property had sold for much more than we had expected. We were concerned that given we were starting the process so close to Christmas, the sale may be pushed back into Jan or Feb, however thanks to Jon's efficiency, motivation and professionalism the sale was much faster and easier than we could have possibly expected.
