After house hunting for over a year, we dealt with our fair share of real estate agents. Jon Smith was the sellers’ agent for a house we purchased and we can honestly say that he is one of the best real estate agents we have dealt with. We experienced many sellers’ agents who solely had the sellers’ interests in mind to our disadvantage (and potentially in breach of their ethical obligations). We were pleasantly surprised to find that Jon was easy to deal with and professional. We felt that he treated us fairly in the negotiation process and was as transparent as possible whilst acting for the sellers.
