I don't usually write reviews but in this instance I feel the need to share. I have had my unit on a lower north shore for 8 years. My partner and I bought a house together and we needed to upsize . Jon has sold 4 other units in our building and always got best results. We chose Jon to provide a valuation. During the valuation process Jon made a few suggestions on how present our property and recommended affordable marketing campaign We then listed our property with him couple weeks later. We had over 25 contract out by week 3 and a great offer 2 days prior to auction, which we accepted. The offer was a record price for my size property in the building. I have found Jon to be extremely professional and contactable at all times ,he has a very solid knowledge of the local real estate market with a good understanding of the potential customers in the area.
