My passion for the property market started in the late 1990's running my own successful design and renovation business in The Hamptons, New York. Involved in the building, renovation and painting industry in the USA for many years has given me a valuable insight into how and when to add value to a property to prepare for sale and more importantly when work carried out may not give you the return on investment you are expecting depending on the local market and demographics of the area. I bought my first property in Mt. Hawthorn, Perth around 1997. Since then I have invested in and developed many properties ranging from beach front reno's in Dunsborough, to large scale homes in City Beach to small units and villas. It is this knowledge and experience which has given me the best grounding and an in depth understanding of Perth's property market. A decade and a half of exposure to real estate will give both buyers and sellers an edge in today's changing marketplace regardless of the desired outcome.
