Bough old house to move our business too and due to Council approval/DA process - complex, slow, tedious and costly - from putting in an offer to settlement took 5 months. Jon was very helpful putting offer together and keeping the 9 Italian kids well informed on progress during those long 5 months. Due to Council Christmas break, we had to move deadline for unconditional offer and settlement by about 4 weeks, again Jon was very helpful and thorough with required paperwork and keeping all the sellers on deck.

From helping source and coordinate trades to prepare the property for sale to providing a high quality and innovative marketing campaign, Jon consistently exceeded what we expected from a real estate agent. The successful sale of the property for the desired price in under three weeks was matched with ongoing daily communication and assistance right through to settlement and beyond. Jon has been great for us. He dealt with a deceased estate that had 11 beneficiaries and helped us sell the patriarchal home that had been in the family for over 60 years. It was a long and difficult process, but he worked with the family and kept us informed via text messages, phone calls and house calls all the way along. We couldn't be happier with his empathy and understanding, and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective seller or buyer.

Jon was very pleasant and friendly. He was very responsive but all communication was via text message and email. I did receive a call once settlement had gone through. It would still be nice to have personal communication when making offers and securing such a big purchase. My only disappointment was that the final sale and handover felt very underwhelming. I am a first home buyer and this was a big deal and very exciting for me. After settlement, keys were left in the letterbox for me to take possession of the house. I didn't get a sold sticker to put on the sign. These are small things but are all part of the first home buying experience.
