What a breath of fresh air is all we can say about Jonah and the way he handled the sale of our home. Right from the initial meeting Jonah made us feel at ease with him. We decided not to call in other agents (against my normal rules). Jonah was really great in the preparation of data, handling the Open Houses and closing the sale for us at a higher price. All this happened whist his little son, William, was born! We highly recommend Jonah to look after you and the sale of your home.

We first met Jonah at an auction in our street that we were attending to gauge the value of our house. Instead of selling we decided to rent and we started travelling around Australia in our caravan. We kept in contact with Jonah and every few months he would ring and sometimes talk about the weather or where we were or sometimes he would keep us informed of the local market. When we returned to Brisbane we decided that we liked travelling and decided to put the house on the market. What a grand experience it turned out to be. Jonah Immediately put us at ease and pretty much gave us a value that we may achieve and what we did achieve. During the whole process Jonah was there to advise us and it was always our final choice of any decision without the usual salesman push. I probably shouldn’t say this but he actually offered to come around and help to do some certain jobs that were required to be done to make the house presentable for sale. It took 13 days to sell the house and even though we were starting to panic for what ever reason we could find, Jonah was always there to comfort us and advise us in all matters of selling our house. Jonah exceeded my requirements in this experience. He communicated with me throughout the complete process, he arranged repairs to my unit to prepare it for market and as I am living in another state of Australia this was a great assistance for me.
