We wanted to sell my mother's house quickly but our momentum was overwhelmed with the cleaning and the de-cluttering. I phoned Jonah, explained to him the circumstances and he immediately went into gear, organising some cleaners, and some yard maintenance people as well as helping out himself. Jonah had a plan to sell the house and explained the details in depth answering all the questions we could throw at him. After the Saturday open day Jonah walked us through all the tenders and after the Sunday open house Jonah informed us of all the offers then negotiated to get us the best possible price well above the asking price.
