My Dad had bought his property through Independent Woden 11 years earlier so I contacted them to sell it when he died. Jonathan was my agent, being very familiar with the property first time round, and having chatted to my Dad in his garden regarding his purchase, some years later. Consequently Jonathan was very empathetic to my situation and the love Dad had for his home and garden. Even though the process of getting from the offer (which was just what I was after) to exchange was protracted, given the buyers currently live overseas, the service provided by Jonathan, Dominic (his assistant) and their maintenance team was exceptional. It allowed me to move back home, knowing that Dad’s home was being held in capable hands. I highly recommend this professional and caring outfit.
My Wife and I used Jonathan Charles to sell our home. From the first time he spoke with us he was honest, professional and optimistic, along with a friendly relaxed nature. He informed us openly about pricing our home and where the price could be improved. We had early offers that he brought to us, but suggested they weren’t suitable, the home deserved more. We decided to make the small improvements that presented the home better, all suggestions by Jonathan but without high costs. He was able to organise all this easily and quickly as his company provides this service. A one stop shop! Fantastic. During the short marketing of the property he always kept us informed, Jonathan didn’t try to ‘condition’ us we didn’t even talk figures till a few days prior to auction. That being said he always told us what the potential buyers were saying at open homes and private inspections. He did however again bring us offers before the auction, but we took his professional advice and knowledge of the area to keep pushing ahead to the auction. The result well exceeded our expectations and has allowed us to move ahead in a better position than we imagined prior. And as we were already interstate when the marketing was occurring he looked after the property ensuring it looked its best everyday. Jonathan and his Team are exceptional, the knowledge, professionalism and friendly demeanour made our experience enjoyable and without stress.
