We employed Jonathan Clare to market our investment property at 11 Ellesmere Ave., Bli Bli after he achieved an exceptional price for our property at 32 Buderim Pines Drive, Buderim, just months before. This property had a long term tenant and Jonathan was able to successfully and skillfully work amicably with the tenants in arranging Pest and Building Reports, Private inspections and Open houses. The day before Auction Day, the tenant's daughter had an opportunity to return home after being detained for several months in New South Wales because of Covid. She had an option to return to her family home for a quarantine period of 7 days which conflicted greatly with our planned auction day. We thought that disaster had struck because this meant that the auction could not be held at the property.
