We have bought and sold many properties both here and abroad over the years.As you can appreciate most of them have not been a pleasant experience. The factors varied but the norm being agents that were inexperienced,not knowledgeable,deceitful and just out and out liars......telling you what you need to hear at the time. We are numerous friends who think the same and have a similar stories. We were considering selling our last house ourselves using buy owner or purple bricks or one of those mediums but also heard of unflattering experiences.
