Jonathan helped the reviewer sell this property

Could not be happier!

We were extremely pleased with the work and knowledge of Jahnathan and his team. The price setting was just right - though the sale exceeded the asking price - the great referrals provided for trades to assist in the readying of the property to the excellent communication and updates through the whole process. We got a successful bid just 2 weeks after the sign went up which was great and saved us a bundle on bank payments. There are a lot of agents out there and some offer lower rates, but we could not be happier with our choice of going with Irwin Properties.
